Returns / cancellations

All cancellations must be sent to OutdoorCanvas.co.uk in writing. You can do this by email, fax or post. Your written cancellation must include your full name and invoice number.

To refund any payments already made (when paying in advance), we also need your bank account number. Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account you used to pay OutdoorCanvas.co.uk. This is to prevent potential refund fraud.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your outdoor canvas has been made.

Cooling-off period

You have a cooling-off period of 7 days to return the product without giving a reason, excluding made-to-measure outdoor canvases. Products assembled or ordered especially for you are also excluded. The product can only be returned if it is unused and sent back in its original, undamaged and unopened packaging. You are responsible for the return postage costs (and the cost of delivery to you).

Any payments already made will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days, less any applicable delivery costs mentioned above.

Delivery costs

We charge delivery costs of 9,95 euro including VAT.
